We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate must have at least three years of experience in the surveying industry, as well as a relevant degree from an accredited university. Our ideal candidate also has an understanding of local land laws, and is able to carry out property boundary surveys with accuracy.

The Surveyor must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position, and offer a salary of 1800 USD per month.

The responsibilities of the job include: visiting sites to assess the situation; researching land records; performing calculations regarding area and measurements; preparing reports; checking survey results; and liaising with clients and other professionals as necessary. The Surveyor must also be able to properly record all data collected from site visits into our system.
