Chef Position in Doha

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of dishes, while following all health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably at a 5-star hotel or restaurant. They should have a good knowledge of international cuisine, including Asian and Mediterranean dishes. Excellent knife skills and an eye for detail are essential for this role. The Chef must also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate should be creative and have the ability to come up with innovative new dishes as well as tweak existing recipes to give them a twist. They must also be familiar with the use of modern kitchen tools and gadgets, such as food processors, vegetable choppers, etc. Finally, they should be able to delegate tasks effectively and maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
