Job Summary
This position is for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of a variety of excavators and will be expected to efficiently move earth and materials according to instructions. The salary for this position is 1700. We are open to considering foreign applicants as well.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate excavation equipment in a safe and efficient manner, according to all safety protocols
• Knowledge of various excavation techniques
• Remove excess earth or other material from construction sites
• Load material into trucks or other vehicles to remove from worksites
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Keep track of all materials moved during shifts
• Comply with company policies and regulations regarding safety, health, environment and quality standards
• Other related duties as required by supervisor/manager

Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
• Ability to read blueprints, plans and drawings accurately
• High level of physical fitness, stamina and strength are necessary for operating heavy machinery safely
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation such as health & safety regulations etc.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record would be beneficial but not compulsory
