Job Summary:
This position is for a Sommelier in Dubai, with a salary of 900. We are seeking an experienced, professional individual to provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of the wine industry and be able to identify and recommend wines from around the world.

Needs for the Candidate:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about wine and has an excellent understanding of different varietals, regions, and vintages. The successful applicant must have strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with guests regarding their preferences. They must also be able to provide knowledgeable advice on food pairings. In addition, they should be familiar with basic cellar management techniques and principles. Finally, they should possess a valid visa to work in Dubai.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering wine selection and maintaining inventory levels in the cellar; creating daily specials; conducting trainings for staff on wine service; implementing wine tasting events; suggesting food pairings; providing detailed descriptions of wines; maintaining cleanliness of stemware; updating pricing lists; managing corkage fees; participating in staff meetings; recommending new vintages or varietals based on customer feedback; handling customer complaints professionally; monitoring stock levels throughout the restaurant, ensuring that all beverages are served at their optimum temperature, and other duties as assigned by management.
