Librarian Position - Dubai

We are looking for a talented and passionate Librarian to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity to be part of an energetic and innovative team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for library sciences and be able to provide excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the library collection, helping patrons with research and reference questions, providing technical support and assisting with the development of new library services. The Librarian must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess strong organizational skills.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Library Sciences or equivalent experience and education
• Knowledge of library systems, databases, indexing software and cataloguing systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with patrons of all ages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven success in managing library services
