Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be able to provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Accountant should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field. The salary for this position is 1100. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.
Requirements for Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
• At least two years of experience as an Accountant
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Accounting/Finance/Business Administration etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements, reports, summaries, and other documents as necessary
• Analyze financial data and prepare various financial reports
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements with internal accounts on a monthly basis
• Analyze budgets, expenses, revenues and other related activities
• Assist with audits as needed • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare tax returns according to company policies
• Communicate regularly with external tax advisors/auditors on tax related matters
