Truck driver in Doha, Qatar


We are looking for an experienced Truck driver to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods from one location to another in a safe and timely manner.

The ideal candidate must have a valid truck driving license, strong interpersonal skills and excellent knowledge of the area roads and routes. They should also be physically fit and able to lift heavy items when necessary. The successful candidate must be reliable, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:
- Driving safely from one destination to another in accordance with posted speed limits
- Loading and unloading cargo from trucks
- Ensuring that all cargo is properly secured before beginning the journey
- Maintaining accurate records of all journeys, including pick-up and delivery times
- Completing pre-trip inspections on vehicles prior to departure as well as post-trip inspections upon arrival
- Reporting any issues or incidents encountered during trips to management
- Keeping truck interior clean at all times

Qualifications:
- Valid truck driving license
- Proven experience as a Truck driver or similar position
- Good knowledge of local roads and routes in Doha
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1200 QAR per month, plus benefits, for the right candidate. We are ready to consider candidates who are not from Qatar but need a valid work visa in order to apply.
