Business Manager – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is responsible for the planning, organization and management of the day-to-day operations of the business. The successful candidate will have a passion for driving business success and developing strategies that contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.

The Business Manager is responsible for leading a team of staff members to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. This position also requires a strong understanding of financial and accounting principles in order to maximize profits.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing effective business plans and strategies in line with company objectives
• Coordinating and directing staff members in various departments to ensure daily operations are running efficiently
• Overseeing financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting
• Analysing market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
• Preparing reports on business performance metrics such as sales growth or customer satisfaction
• Establishing and monitoring internal processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and quality standards
• Building strong relationships with customers, vendors and partners
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers or external partners

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of previous experience managing a business or department
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven track record of developing successful strategies that increase profitability
• Strong understanding of financial principles such as budgeting, forecasting etc.
• Ability to multitask while meeting tight deadlines
