Office manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team based in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as a strong customer service attitude.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising administrative staff and organizing the workflow of the office. You should also be comfortable working with computers and knowledgeable of office software such as Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate should be able to handle a variety of tasks while maintaining a professional attitude and providing exceptional customer service. They should also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure. We are looking for an individual who is organized, reliable, and has excellent communication skills.
The duties and responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing the administrative activities of the office
• Managing phone calls, emails, mail, packages etc
• Supervising administrative staff
• Organizing meetings, events and conferences
• Assisting in preparing documents and reports
• Collaborating with other departments in handling customer inquiries
• Maintaining a safe working environment for employees
• Developing efficient filing systems for both physical and digital documents
• Ensuring that all necessary supplies are available at all times
