We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate should possess an understanding of customer service principles, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate staff. You should also have the capacity to develop strategic plans, set goals and objectives, and lead your team towards successful outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff schedules and workloads, monitoring customer service quality standards, creating reports and providing feedback to staff. In addition, you will ensure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
