Job Summary
We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, while providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffee drinks such as latte, cappuccino, macchiato, etc.
• Accurately measure ingredients and moderate beverage quality standards.
• Follow standard procedures for operating equipment and maintain a clean work environment.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take orders accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide information about products with precision.
• Maintain stock of supplies such as coffee beans, syrups, teas, pastries etc.
• Adhere to safety regulations set by the company and local authorities.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned on regular basis.

Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; certification from a Barista school is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a Barista or similar role in the food industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment is necessary. • Ability to follow instructions precisely when preparing beverages according to recipes provided by the company is essential. • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers quickly is highly desirable; fluency in Arabic language would be beneficial but not mandatory for this role. • Ability to stand for long hours during busy shifts is expected; physical strength may also be required when lifting heavy boxes or supplies weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally during shift hours.
