Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks in accordance with customer requests and ensuring consistent high quality of products. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare requested coffee drinks in accordance with company recipes and instructions
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and responding to their requests promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace during the shift
• Ensure proper food safety practices are followed at all times
• Monitor the quality of coffee beans and other ingredients used for making coffee drinks
• Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies when needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the workplace
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail when preparing coffee drinks

Skills
• Knowledge of proper sanitation practices when handling food items
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining quality standards
• Great interpersonal skills when interacting with customers • Proficiency in using basic barista tools such as grinders, espresso machines, milk frothers etc.
