Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We offer a competitive salary of 1100, and are willing to consider foreign applicants.

As a Civil Engineer with our team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of various structures such as bridges, roads and buildings. You will also be responsible for developing plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software as well as ensuring that projects adhere to safety regulations and building code requirements.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent knowledge of engineering principles, advanced problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. In addition to this, we are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

The ideal applicant should have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
* At least 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering
* Proficiency with AutoCAD and other relevant software
* Understanding of relevant regulations and safety standards
* Ability to work under tight deadlines
