Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate must have the necessary skills and experience to help lead our organization and ensure that all departmental goals are met.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to take on the responsibility of managing a team, setting and monitoring targets, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as developing staff performance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate others.

The successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role combined with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Additionally, the applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and have an excellent command of English language.

A competitive salary of 1700 is on offer for this position as well as other benefits including health insurance, paid vacation leave, and other allowances where applicable.
