The Supervisor will also need to be reliable and have the ability to make quick decisions in order to ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

Requirements:
• Experience in a supervisory or management role
• Ability to motivate people while maintaining high performance standards
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem solving skills; able to handle difficult customer service issues
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices; able to recognize unsafe situations quickly
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
