Electrician Job in Jeddah

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Jeddah. This individual will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, systems and components. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the field, be able to work independently and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, motors, panels etc.
• Follow all safety procedures when working with or near high voltage equipment.
• Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters or voltmeters.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems or components using test equipment such as electronic test meters or oscilloscopes to determine cause of issue.
• Replace faulty switches, sockets etc., using hand tools.
• Install safety or security systems such as CCTV cameras or motion detectors.
• Read blueprints or technical diagrams to determine location of wiring and equipment.
• Repair or replace wiring devices such as circuit breakers, switches and outlets etc.
• Maintain records of repairs made on all electrical systems in the facility/building/home/shop etc., to ensure proper functioning over time.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience working with electromechanical equipment & installations
• Knowledge of local safety regulations relevant to the field
• Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills • Good written & verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work independently & as part of a team • Valid driving license is preferred • Must be willing to relocate if needed • Immigrants are welcome to apply • Must have a degree / diploma in Electrical technology / Engineering from an accredited institution • At least 3 years’ experience working with electromechanical installations Salary: 1600 SAR
