To be successful in this role you must have previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Furthermore, it is essential that you have an excellent knowledge of brewing techniques and coffee preparation methods in order to produce high-quality beverages consistently. Finally, having knowledge of food safety procedures is beneficial but not essential.
