We are looking for an Office Assistant with the ability to manage a variety of tasks within the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be computer literate, able to work independently and with a team, possess strong attention to detail, and have the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies and equipment as needed, and other duties as assigned. They will coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that project deadlines are met. The successful candidate should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional and reliable with the ability to build relationships with colleagues across all levels of the organization. A keen eye for detail is essential as is knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word and Excel. A good command of English language is required.
