Merchandiser Job in Zayed City

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Zayed City. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for great customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store and will play an integral role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive displays to attract customers, stocking shelves efficiently according to planograms, maintaining inventory levels, providing exceptional customer service and problem solving any customer concerns. You will also work closely with our other departments to ensure that merchandise is available when needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent degree
• Previous merchandising experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic retail principles
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Create attractive displays using planograms or other visual guidelines provided by the company
• Stock shelves effectively according to company standards
• Maintain adequate inventory levels in all departments
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products or services
• Process returns or exchanges when necessary
• Assist with unloading trucks and organizing stock rooms when needed
