Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Waiter to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely fashion. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. The successful candidate should have the ability to multitask efficiently and work well under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:
• Greeting guests in a friendly manner as they enter the restaurant
• Taking customer orders accurately and delivering them promptly
• Ensuring that all menu items are prepared according to company standards
• Serving food and drinks quickly and efficiently
• Assisting with setting up tables before guests arrive
• Clearing tables after customers have finished their meals
• Answering customers' questions regarding menu items or specials
• Upselling additional items when appropriate
• Adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations at all times

Desired Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Waiter in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
• Outstanding customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Understanding of basic food safety practices • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Ability to stand for extended periods of time • Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
