We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious meals for our customers. This position requires knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques as well as a passion for cooking.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of different cuisines, ingredients, and recipes. The candidate should also have a positive attitude, the ability to work independently, and good communication skills. In addition, the candidate must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary.

The duties of the Chef include:
• Preparing high-quality meals within specified time frames
• Ensuring that all ingredients are fresh, safe and properly stored
• Creating new menu items according to customer feedback
• Keeping records of all food supplies and ordering more when necessary
• Training junior kitchen staff in basic kitchen tasks
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Monitoring food trends and making adjustments to the menu accordingly

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Professional cooking qualification preferred but not essential
• Excellent knowledge of different cuisines, ingredients, and recipes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Good communication skills • Flexibility to work extra hours when needed • Positive attitude • Knowledgeable about food safety/hygiene regulations.
