Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveys using the latest technology to produce precise measurements and maps.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of survey instruments, geographical information systems, and related computer programs. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, good communication abilities and be able to work independently as well as with little guidance in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting land surveys with the use of modern survey equipment as well as traditional methods
• Identifying land boundaries and other features on the landscape
• Verifying data accuracy and making necessary adjustments
• Analyzing survey data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Preparing maps, drawings, topographical profiles and other documents
• Providing technical support to engineering projects
• Collecting soil samples for testing purposes

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in surveying or related field of study
• Proficiency in using various land surveying tools including total stations, EDM’s, GPS receivers, etc.
• Knowledge of GIS (Geographical Information System) software programs such as ArcGIS or similar software packages
• Ability to interpret aerial photos/maps accurately and make appropriate measurements accordingly
