Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Truck Driver to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a truck to transport goods and materials on short or long distance trips. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with no experience who is looking to start their career in the transportation industry. The salary for this role is 1800 AED per month.

Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess excellent driving skills, have knowledge of safety regulations, and be able to do basic maintenance on the truck as well as keep it clean. They should also have good communication skills and be able to interact courteously with customers. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.

Job Responsibilities
The Truck Driver’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules;
•Loading/unloading cargo from the truck;
•Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues;
•Complying with applicable laws/regulations;
•Maintaining accurate paperwork such as logbooks, shipping documents, bills of lading etc.;
•Accurately recording delivery information;
•Delivering goods in a safe and timely manner;
•Informing supervisors of any incidents or problems on the road; and
•Working shifts as required.

Qualifications & Education

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

•A valid UAE driver's license (Manual);
•A minimum of 1 year of driving experience;
•Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance/repair;
•Good communication skills (written & verbal); and
•A reliable nature with good attention to detail.

It would be beneficial but not essential if applicants had experience in long-distance transportation or hazardous material deliveries.
