• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience (international schools experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the English language (native or near-native level)
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire students
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies, educational software and other tools
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• An understanding of diversity issues related to teaching

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that reflect the curriculum requirements
• Assess student performance using various assessment tools and techniques
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues and school administrators
