Responsibilities:
• Analyzing complex data sets to draw meaningful conclusions
• Developing algorithms, models, and reports to improve business processes
• Designing surveys and experiments to collect data for analysis
• Preparing detailed reports on findings from data analysis and presenting them in a clear format
• Explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Working with stakeholders from different departments to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability
• Proactively identifying areas of improvement within the organization based on gathered data
• Keeping up-to-date with current trends in the field of specialist knowledge.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent field of study
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to interpret complex datasets accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar programs
• Experience working with databases such as SQL is preferred but not required.
