Teacher in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for a skilled and qualified Teacher to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of subjects to students of varying ages and abilities. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate excellent knowledge in their field, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students
- Prepare lessons and classrooms for class activities
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and assess student work
- Promote participation in class activities, discussions, debates, projects etc.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom by enforcing classroom rules and regulations
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop effective teaching methods
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development and other school events.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is required; Master’s degree is preferred
- Teaching license or certification is preferred but not required
- A minimum of two years’ experience as an educator is preferred but not required
- Proven record of managing student behavior constructively
- Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues, parents, administrators and support staff
- Knowledge of current trends in education methods
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

The successful Teacher will receive a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. We are happy to consider foreign applicants as long as they meet the criteria listed above.
