Chemical Engineer - Dubai

We are looking for a Chemical Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the chemical engineering field, with a strong understanding of the industry’s principles and practices.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the planning, design, installation and operation of chemical processes and equipment that meet safety and environmental standards. They will also be tasked with developing innovative solutions to improve existing processes, as well as creating new ones. The successful applicant must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate should have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Experience in process design and unit operations
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards
• An eye for detail and an ability to think outside the box
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Job Description:

The Chemical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, monitoring, testing, modifying, installing, commissioning and maintaining chemical production processes including raw materials selection; development of prototypes; design of equipment; process flow diagrams; selection of components; development of process control systems; troubleshooting production problems; optimizing efficiency; analyzing data from tests; providing technical support to other departments such as sales/marketing or research & development; writing reports on findings/recommendations; conducting safety audits in manufacturing plants. The Chemical Engineer is also responsible for preparing work plans for projects related to chemical engineering topics such as process improvement or new product development.
