Job Summary
A Mechanical Engineer is sought for a permanent position with a company in Doha. The successful applicant will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components used in the production of various products for our clients. The position also entails working closely with other engineers, technicians, and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and according to contractual requirements. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1500 per month.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyzing customer needs and developing appropriate mechanical solutions
- Designing, developing, and testing mechanical components used in production processes
- Developing project plans that detail materials needed as well as timelines for completion
- Collaborating with other engineers, technicians, and designers to ensure successful completion of projects
- Assessing the performance of mechanical systems through tests or simulations
- Troubleshooting issues that arise during production processes
- Maintaining close collaboration with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the results
- Staying up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies related to mechanical engineering

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated knowledge in mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, design principles and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with computer aided design (CAD) software programs such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD

- Knowledge of relevant industry standards such as ISO 9000 requirements

- Ability to interpret technical schematics

- Hands on experience working with tools such as lathes, milling machines etc.

- Familiarity with industrial safety protocols

- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
