We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate should have a passion for cooking and an ability to make delicious culinary dishes. We expect the Chef to be able to work independently and take on responsibility for the entire kitchen.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent time management skills, knowledge of food safety standards, and have experience of working in a professional kitchen. A successful Chef will be able to create visually appealing dishes with accurate flavours, while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:
• Creating new recipes and menus, while keeping up-to-date with industry trends
• Purchasing ingredients, managing inventory, and planning meals
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen
• Training junior staff members and monitoring their performance
• Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction ratings
• Collaborating with other chefs to create innovative dishes

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Professional chef certification is desirable but not essential
