Project Manager Job in Dubai
We are currently looking for a highly motivated project manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all deadlines and goals are met. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with people from different backgrounds.

Job Description:
The project manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects within budget and deadlines. This includes overseeing tasks such as risk assessment, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling activities, monitoring progress, and reporting on results. The project manager will also be responsible for developing project plans, developing timelines and setting milestones. Additionally they will have to establish clear communication pathways with stakeholders to ensure that all team members have the information they need to complete their tasks successfully.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing project plans that meet established objectives
• Coordinating resources needed to complete projects on time
• Monitoring progress of projects against established objectives
• Assessing risks associated with each project as well as developing strategies for managing them
• Documenting progress of projects
• Ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed about the progress of each project
• Establishing clear communication pathways between team members
• Working with the team to coordinate meetings and other collaborative activities
• Monitoring financials related to each project such as budgets and cost control measures
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once • Knowledge of standard project management software tools is beneficial
