We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in wine and spirits, as well as excellent customer service skills. This position requires the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner and to provide wine recommendations that meet their individual tastes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for stocking shelves, creating tasting menus, and ensuring that all alcoholic beverages are served at the correct temperature. Additionally, this person will be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in wine and spirits, as well as local customs and regulations related to the sale of alcohol. A Sommelier will also be expected to make recommendations for meals that pair nicely with certain wines or spirits, giving customers a unique experience.

The ideal candidate should possess good organizational skills and have an eye for detail when stocking shelves or creating menus. This position requires excellent communication skills as well as strong problem-solving abilities, so the ideal candidate should be able to think quickly on their feet while remaining professional at all times. This position offers a salary of 1400 per month with potential bonuses. We are open to considering foreign applicants with minimal work experience who can demonstrate their knowledge of wines and spirits in an interview setting.
