We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. As the face of our establishment, the Sommelier will be responsible for providing exceptional service while creating an unforgettable experience for all of our customers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in wine and spirits and be able to provide customers with expert advice on selections, pairings, and other related topics. They should also have a solid understanding of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol sales. Additionally, the Sommelier must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customers’ needs and preferences.

The successful candidate will be expected to create wine lists that meet customer expectations as well as suggest pairings for food items on the menu. They will also need to maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions. Furthermore, they are expected to stay up-to-date on new products and trends in order to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
