We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. You must be able to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and regulations.

Requirements for Candidate:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager
- Working knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work long hours
- Fluent in English (with another language being a plus)

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including staffing levels, customer service standards, inventory control, cleanliness and safety
- Train staff on customer service standards, proper use of equipment, food safety regulations and other related topics
- Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures as well as local health codes
- Monitor sales performance on a daily basis
- Manage finances including budgeting, forecasting, payroll costs etc.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales volume
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints
