Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the daily operations of the restaurant, while creating a positive dining atmosphere. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, manage staff performance and build customer relationships.

As a Restaurant Manager, you should have superior communication skills, a positive attitude and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. You should also be highly organized with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience working in restaurant management or a related field.

Job Description:
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Create an exceptional customer service experience
• Develop strategies to increase customer engagement
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and track food supplies
• Oversee the preparation of meals and ensure quality standards are met
• Train new staff members on company policies and procedures
• Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner

Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
• At least 4 years of experience working in restaurant management or related field
• Proven track record of creating exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication skills with strong leadership abilities
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
