We are currently looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. Our ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and possess excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate should have a good command of the English language and experience of working in a corporate environment. We are open to considering candidates from other countries who have the required qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, arranging meetings and appointments, organizing files, preparing reports, taking dictation and providing general support to the office staff. They should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, be able to prioritize tasks effectively and have a flexible approach to their work. The ability to use Microsoft Office is essential as is knowledge of office management procedures.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1600 and will be part of an established team in an exciting and challenging environment.
