Teacher Job Summary:
We are looking for a Teacher to join our team in Doha. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons to a diverse range of students from different backgrounds. You must be able to ensure that all students receive the necessary support, guidance and instruction in order to reach their full potential. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for teaching.

Job Responsibilities:
• Teach classes according to the curriculum and lesson plans.
• Monitor student's performance and progress in order to identify areas of improvement.
• Create a safe learning environment by providing clear rules and expectations for students.
• Ensure that all students receive the necessary support, guidance and instruction in order to reach their full potential.
• Develop positive relationships with students, parents and staff members in order to foster an environment conducive to learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Use technology such as computers or tablets when appropriate to enhance instruction or improve student understanding of subject matter.
• Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, open houses and other school activities as required by the school administration.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Education or related field is required .
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required .
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, staff members and administration .
• Ability to establish positive relationships with students of diverse backgrounds .
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively .

Experience:
We are willing to consider an immigrant with some experience teaching in their home country who is eager to learn about our educational system here in Doha.
