We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibility of the Secretary is to provide administrative support to the team while also providing a high level of customer service. The Secretary will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments, organizing client files, and taking dictations. Additionally, the Secretary will be responsible for organizing meetings and managing travel arrangements for staff members.

The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, preferably in a similar role. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that applicants have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as other relevant software.

We offer an attractive salary package of 1100 per month along with other benefits including health insurance and paid vacation days. We are open to considering immigrants who meet all eligibility requirements.
