We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha and help us keep our operations running smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments by organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced professional with excellent organizational and communication skills. We are looking for someone who can multitask and take initiative, as well as prioritize tasks efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Handle office activities such as filing, organizing documents, preparing reports, etc.
β€’ Greet guests, answer phone calls and take messages
β€’ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
β€’ Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
β€’ Ensure the smooth running of the office by handling day-to-day tasks
β€’ Monitor office supplies inventory
β€’ Liaise with other departments to ensure that all administrative duties are taken care of properly
β€’ Maintain confidentiality about all aspects of the organization’s operations

Qualifications:
β€’ Proven experience as an administrator or secretary
β€’ Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
β€’ Outstanding organizational skills
β€’ Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
β€’ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β€’ Attention to detail
