We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Civil Engineer to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, as well as the expertise necessary to successfully manage and complete civil engineering projects within our organization.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the planning, designing, and construction of all civil engineering projects, such as roads, bridges, tunnels, buildings, dams and other structures. The individual should possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have strong communication skills to collaborate with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Develop plans, specifications and estimates for civil engineering projects
• Design structural components of buildings, bridges and other structures
• Supervise the construction process in accordance with established regulations
• Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they stay on schedule
• Analyze project data (e.g. soil samples) to ensure its accuracy
• Prepare reports on project status for management review
• Review project designs for adherence to safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with contractors and other stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication skills • Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD) • Knowledge of building codes and regulations • Understanding of relevant safety standards
