Welders are an essential part of our team at Doha. Our company is looking for a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team.

The successful applicant will be required to perform a variety of welding tasks while ensuring safety, quality and accuracy of their work at all times. This includes reading blueprints or drawings to understand the requirements of each task, selecting the appropriate materials, setting up and operating welding machines, testing welding seams for strength or other qualities and using a variety of hand tools to finish the welds according to job specifications.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication work as well as demonstrate knowledge in welding techniques, materials, equipment operations and safety protocols. The applicant must also have excellent problem-solving skills as well as be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills who can effectively collaborate with other team members in order to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Above all else we are looking for someone who takes great pride in their workmanship and has an eye for detail when it comes to producing quality welds that meet industry standards.
