Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a salary of 1100 AED and is open to immigrants.

Needs for the Candidate:
We are seeking a motivated individual with prior barista experience, who is passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service. The successful applicant should also be able to work well under pressure, have strong organizational skills, and be able to take initiative when needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Barista will be responsible for the preparation of coffee drinks and other beverages in accordance with company standards. This includes grinding beans, tamping coffee into espresso machines, frothing milk for drinks such as cappuccinos or lattes, stocking ingredients such as sugar or syrups, taking orders from customers and serving drinks or food items. Additionally, it will be the responsibility of the Barista to maintain cleanliness at all times by wiping down surfaces as needed or cleaning up spills that may occur during service hours. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or complaints customers may have in a polite manner.
