We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our coffee shop in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating unique and delicious coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service to customers.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality and strong communication skills. They should also be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Previous experience in a barista role is preferred, but not essential. Knowledge of various brewing methods and the ability to prepare specialty coffees is a must. Responsibilities include:

- Greeting customers with a smile and taking their orders
- Preparing hot and cold beverages according to customers’ specifications
- Making sure all equipment is kept clean, maintained, and well stocked
- Serving pastries, snacks, or other food items with coffee
- Ensuring correct cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintaining good hygiene standards at all times
- Cleaning up the area behind the counter when necessary
- Answering customer questions about menu items or other inquiries with accuracy and politeness.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month plus other benefits such as healthcare insurance. We are open to considering foreign applicants who can show proof of relevant qualifications.
