Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with operating a crane and be familiar with safety protocols. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the crane during construction projects. The successful candidate will be someone who is reliable, has great communication skills, and is willing to work hard.

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate a crane using controls to lift, move, and place equipment or other materials in order to complete construction projects
• Follow all safety protocols for operating the crane and working on construction sites
• Perform maintenance on cranes as directed by supervisor
• Ensure that any defects are reported immediately to the supervisor
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills when relaying information from the supervisor to other team members
• Ensure that all tasks related to operating a crane are completed accurately and efficiently

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; certification in crane operations may be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Crane Operator is required; prior experience in Sharjah or elsewhere in the Middle East region is an advantage.
