Teacher - Dibba-El-Fujairah

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will teach students at all levels, from elementary to secondary education in a variety of subject areas.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience teaching in a school or educational setting, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to effectively manage difficult behavior from students. A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not required. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this position.

The responsibilities of the Teacher include but are not limited to:
• Developing lesson plans that meet the needs of all students;
• Administering assessments to evaluate student progress;
• Creating an engaging learning environment;
• Maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback on student performance;
• Managing student behavior issues in a professional and effective manner;
• Collaborating with other staff members and parents on educational plans;
• Participating in professional development activities as needed.

Candidates must also have the ability to build relationships with students, create a positive learning atmosphere, and develop effective classroom management techniques. They should be patient, understanding, supportive, and possess excellent problem solving skills. A passion for teaching is essential for success in this role.
