The primary responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Plan and implement business strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Develop short-term and long-term goals for the company
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, monitoring expenses, profit & loss management
• Analyze and interpret data from various sources (e.g., internal reports or market research)
• Identify potential opportunities for growth (e.g., new markets or products)
• Monitor the competitive landscape within the industry
• Manage personnel (e.g., hire new staff members or evaluate employee performance)
• Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., customers or suppliers)
