Business Manager - Doha

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will manage the day to day operations of our business, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing businesses, excellent communication skills, and be highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in business management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer literacy with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet software and other office applications
• Fluency in English is essential; fluency in Arabic would be advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing strategies for long-term growth and sustainability of the company
• Supervising staff performance and managing personnel issues
• Overseeing financial management including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, etc.
• Developing and implementing policies related to company operations such as finance, HR, marketing etc.
• Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers and clients
