We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of plants and flowers, as well as experience in a florist environment.

The successful candidate will possess a high level of customer service skills, be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to multitask efficiently. They will be required to keep the shop stocked with fresh flowers and plants and ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time. Additionally, they will be responsible for helping customers choose the right flowers and plants for their needs while providing excellent customer service at all times.

The successful candidate will have:
• At least 1 year of experience in a florist environment
• An enthusiasm for working with flowers
• Knowledge of horticulture and caring for plants
• A proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers

Job Description:

The Florist will perform various tasks related to selling flowers, plants, and items related to floristry such as vases, candles etc., while offering advice on the best products according to the customer’s needs. The successful candidate should possess strong knowledge on floral arrangements and design techniques; they should also be able to help customers select appropriate flower combinations based on occasions or preferences. In addition, they must be able to work with minimal supervision; arrange seasonal decorations; keep track of stock levels; advise customers about care instructions; maintain records; rotate stock; order materials when necessary; receive payments from customers; package purchased items correctly; provide excellent customer service at all times.
