We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our restaurant in Al-Kuwait.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. They should have a strong knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and be comfortable working with customers to help them choose the perfect food and drinks.

We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon entrance
• Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items
• Take accurate food orders
• Deliver food orders promptly
• Check dishes for accuracy before serving to guests
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Ensure that tables are clean and tidy prior to seating guests
• Ensure all payment transactions are accurate
• Resolve any complaints from customers in a polite manner

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required • Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to carry heavy trays of food items • An understanding of international cuisine is beneficial • Immigrant status welcome • 1500 salary per month offered
