Chef Job in Al-Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation as well as excellent customer service skills.

Job Summary:
The Chef duties include overseeing kitchen staff, preparing meals according to instructions from the Head Chef, ensuring the quality of dishes served, and managing kitchen inventory. The ideal candidate must be able to create a pleasant dining experience for customers while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor kitchen staff during meal prep and cooking activities; provide guidance when necessary
• Develop menus that are creative and appealing; ensure dishes meet quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create weekly schedules for kitchen personnel; manage staff performance
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained; coordinate repairs as needed
• Train new personnel on kitchen procedures; develop training materials where necessary
• Manage inventory levels of ingredients, supplies and other items related to food preparation
• Supervise food plating to ensure dishes are presented attractively
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels by observing their reactions to meals served
Qualifications:
