Job Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
• A degree or diploma in surveying or land surveying
• At least two years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
• Knowledge of modern surveying equipment and techniques
• Ability to interpret legal descriptions accurately
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Land Surveyor include:
• Collecting data from existing maps and documents from various sources
• Examining legal descriptions of land boundaries
• Establishing control points on the ground using surveying equipment
• Preparing survey reports on the basis of collected data
• Updating digital maps using GIS software • Assisting with boundary disputes resolution • Maintaining records of surveys
